Time Runneth on....

Congratulations to the class of 1959!  Our 50th reunion, celebrated on August 22, 2009, was the largest class reunion ever.  We had two nights and a Sunday morning breakfast of fantastic classmate sharing memories, dreams and reflections.  Most said this reunion was the best we have ever had.

If you attended then you had a great time!!!

Even if you were unable to be with us, you can still share with your classmates fond memories and other useful information.  An essential part of the website is the "Classmate Profiles" page.  Sign on to the website, www.Fremontmi59.com, click on your name in "Profile Updates" and fill in the blanks.

On this, your website, we will share with everyone candid photos of the event.  In addition, we want to know what you would like to do about future reunions.

Beyond this, the website will provide a place for sharing thoughts, ideas, sentiments or whatever you wish through emails (or regular mail) to one or all of you classmates.  Instant communication about classmates, the ability to really connect with each other and, of course, the various cute things on the site, will all be at your fingertips!

Susan Gilliland, wife of Bob, took lots pictures at the reunion including all the attending classmates in a group shot.  Should you want a glossy copy for your memories, you can contact her directly (see his profile for the email address).

Copyright Lawsuits Issued To Internet Users
8th September 2003 :
The Recording Industry Association of America (or RIAA) filed 261 copyright lawsuits against Internet users for trading songs online as part of the RIAA's crackdown on peer-to-peer network users. The lawsuits attracted a large amount of media attention not all of it good as some of the lawsuits were directed at children as young as 12 and to grandmothers in their 70's, but the RIAA is still ongoing in it's pursuit of file sharers in the courts with over 20,000 lawsuits having been issued up to 2006.
