Graduated from Calvin College and Univ. of Mich. Med School, spent 2 years in the Navy during Viet Nam, and have been practicing General Surgery since then in Grand Rapids. Retired 6 weeks ago.
55 Years of your Life in a Capsule:

In addition to practicing general surgery in the Grand Rapids area for 41 years, I also enjoyed motorcycling with my best friend and college roommate, having ridden through all of the continental United States and most of the Canadian provinces at least once. Since retirement six weeks ago, I have continued to enjoy beekeeping as well as raising hybrid dahlias. I also enjoy singing in a gospel group called His Men, performing primarily to prison audiences throughout the Midwest.
